TRAILER PARTS, STAMPING AND FABRIGATION PARTS

The stamping and fabrication parts are the main products we are exporting to Europe and the US. We are supplying trailer parts, machinery parts, TV brackets, mounting hardware for the utility pole, furniture parts and the parts for the municipal works, such as fabricated trench grates and frames.
Our factory equips with full set of punching machines, press machines and bending machines to make precise stamping parts, flame cutting and laser cutting machines, welding robots to get reliable welding and the equipment for powder coating. The zinc plating and galvanizing are to be subcontracted in the facilities with the environmental certificate. We ensure our customers getting the qualified products.
The trailer parts include suspension set, spring lock, hinge, stair, rope hook and mounting bracket.
Jockey wheels and trailer jacks are the products we have exported to Europe for 15 years. They are used in trailers or caravans parking. The height can be adjusted manually by winding the side wind or top wind. The ways of mounting to the trailer can be mounting with clamp or swivel bracket in different styles. The wheel can be made of solid plastic, solid rubber, pneumatic tire or rubber wheel on iron rim. They can also be made according to the customer’s sample or drawing to meet the customer’s technical requirement. These products are galvanized or powder coated.
The TV brackets are used for the mounting of the TV set on wall at home. The surface finish is powder coating.
The furniture hardware includes hinges and drawer rails.
The manually welded trench grates and frames are for the special use of the municipal works. These products is not suitable for being made in the automatic grate production line. These products are galvanized.
