The castings we can supply cover Auto parts, crusher parts, machinery parts, pump parts, valve parts and those for the municipal works. According to the structure, material and technical requirements of the castings different casting processes are used including investment casting, resin sand molding, automatic molding line and shell molding. Well-equipped inspection facilities are used to ensure the mechanical property of the castings.

The Auto parts include transmission parts and suspension parts and are mainly made by investment casting process and automatic molding line. The production processes are strictly controlled.

The crusher parts include base frame, cone head, bowl, bowl nut, bonnet support and wedge plate for the cone crusher and jaw for the jaw crusher. They are made by sand casting process. Just because these parts are large steel castings, small welding may be needed. The welding process and heat treatment process is strictly controlled to get very good quality.

The machinery parts include the base of machine tool and measuring plate. These parts are iron castings.

The pump parts include pump body and pump bonnet and are made by resin sand casting process or molding line.

The valve parts include valve body, valve plate and valve bonnet and are made by resin sand casting process.

The castings for the municipal works include the manhole cover, grating and base of the lamp post. These are all sand castings.
